These terms explain the paid service, candidate responsibilities, and important limits. The checkout version and effective date will be recorded with each purchase.
oui.bot provides software for organizing a candidate-led job search, including planning, research, target management, and progress tracking. It is not an employment agency, recruiter, legal adviser, or guarantee of an interview, offer, or job.
The initial plan is a one-time $99 purchase for twelve months, with applicable tax shown at checkout. It does not renew automatically. Separate AI gas refills are optional and priced before payment.
You review research, targets, calendar changes, messages, applications, and other actions. oui.bot does not represent you or send outreach, applications, or calendar changes without the permissions and confirmation described in the product.
Gas is an in-product balance used for AI-backed operations; candidates see gas units, not dollars or the provider's charge. Any remaining gas expires after 365 consecutive days without AI gas use. A paid refill starts a new 365-day inactivity period. No expiration term overrides rights required by applicable law.
We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind. This does not limit non-waivable statutory rights, required remedies, or correction of duplicate, mistaken, or unauthorized charges. If a mandatory right applies, it controls.
You must use the service lawfully, respect third-party source terms, and not submit information you are not authorized to use. We may suspend access to address security, abuse, fraud, or legal risk, while preserving applicable rights and records.
