oui.bot · candidate search

Privacy.

A candidate search can contain sensitive professional and personal information. It is private by default and used only to deliver and protect the service.

01

Information we use

Account and verification details, your goals and search preferences, targets and notes you choose to save, calendar availability, workspace activity, payment references, and security events.

02

Connected services

The application manages email/password authentication with Neon-backed account records; Stripe processes payments; Resend sends transactional email; Google Calendar works only after you authorize it. Calendar refresh tokens are encrypted, and event details are minimized.

03

AI research

When you request AI-assisted research, your saved role, geography, work-model, and sector preferences are sent to OpenAI. Your name, email, calendar, compensation notes, and private workspace notes are not included. Requests disable Responses API state storage, but OpenAI's standard abuse-monitoring logs may retain prompts and responses for up to 30 days; we do not claim Zero Data Retention. Research results include sources and require your review.

04

Your choices

You can review and change workspace inputs, disconnect Google Calendar, and download an export of your account and workspace data. Account erasure is not available until the treatment of unused AI gas and records needed for purchase accounting is resolved. Financial, security, and AI-usage records may be retained when required to meet legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations.

05

No sale of candidate data

We do not sell candidate profiles, search status, private notes, calendar content, or workspace activity. We do not put this information into advertising audiences or analytics events.

Effective terms and privacy details are presented again during account creation or checkout when applicable.
