Refunds and cancellations.
There are no discretionary change-of-mind refunds. Applicable law and payment corrections are not waived.
No discretionary refunds
We do not provide voluntary refunds because a customer changes their mind or chooses not to use the service.
Required remedies and corrections
If applicable law requires a refund, cancellation, or other remedy, we will honor that requirement. Duplicate, mistaken, and unauthorized charges can be reviewed and corrected. Contact support using the address shown in your receipt.
Service problems
If paid access or a purchased gas refill is not provisioned correctly, contact support so we can investigate and correct the account or payment record. Nothing here waives a legal remedy that cannot be waived.
